When staff and visitors transfer from standard to sensitive areas that have increased hygiene requirements such as in hospitals and medical practices, hand disinfection is essential. If control systems are installed in the public areas of hospitals, particularly at entrances to wards, the transfer of pathogens to the patient areas can be significantly reduced.

The automatic disinfectant dispenser INLET Control functions as follows: both hands are placed simultaneously into the disinfectant dispenser and then completely sprayed with an adjustable amount of disinfectant; specially positioned dual nozzles ensure the disinfectant fully covers the hands.

A motor-driven turnstile provides access to sensitive areas only after hand disinfection. Each stage of the entry procedure is visually monitored via a traffic light system.

The INLET Control can be combined with any standard electronic identity detection system such as card reader devices. The INLET Control is equipped with a motor-driven turnstile that ensures long-term, maintenance-free operation of the system (approximately 8 million entries).

The DUOSOAP, type 23741, provides automatic liquid-soap application and turnstile control. The DUOSOAP functions as follows: both hands are placed simultaneously under the dispenser and  an adjustable amount of soap is automatically dispensed.

A motor-driven turnstile provides access to sensitive areas only after the application of liquid soap. Each stage of the entry procedure is visually monitored via a traffic light system.

Can be combined with any standard electronic identity detection system such as card reader devices.

Complete hand hygiene at ward entrances via a single compact unit that combines a hand-washing point, fully automatic dispensers for liquid soap and disinfectant, and a motor-driven turnstile.

Controlled procedure:
Soap dispensing + hand washing with water + hand disinfection = access via turnstile

Each step is controlled securely and visually via a traffic light system. Non-contact activation of each step ensures hygiene is maintained. Additional identity detection systems such as card readers or personnel counting devices can be integrated into the controlled-access system.

An option is also available that activates, by means of a relay contact, the opening of external barriers, such as a sliding door, after the cleaning process.

The automatic disinfectant dispenser MANO Control consists of a stainless steel housing with a fully opening front panel for easy maintenance and cleaning.

Dispensing of the disinfectant requires that both hands are placed simultaneously within the unit. This ensures users follow correct disinfection procedures. The disinfectant is sprayed simultaneously onto the hands via two special nozzles.

The MANO Control is equipped with a motor-driven turnstile to ensure long-term, maintenance-free usage (approximately 8 million entries). The MANO Control is also available as a soap dispenser, type 23746.

Avoid missing areas during hand disinfection!

The MANO Vision Typ 23780 monitors hand disinfection by means of a camera. On this newly developed disinfectant dispenser, the camera checks whether both hands really have been held in the disinfection area and whether the position of the hands is optimal for disinfection.

To maximise disinfection by spraying over, the disinfectant is only dispensed from the MANO Vision if the fingers are spread within the disinfection area. The user is able to track the correct position of the hands on the display.

The access to production areas will be only granted if the disinfection process has been successfully completed.

Camera-controlled hand cleaning prevents the disinfection procedure from being manipulated.

The MANO Vision is controlled by means of an integrated  computer. A wide range of parameter data can be analysed, such as  the amount of disinfectant left in the canister, the number of times  it has been used and any potential soiling of the camera.

Controlled hand hygiene at production access points, particularly in hygienically sensitive areas, is guaranteed by combining hand washing, fully automatic soap dispensing and disinfection, paperless hand drying and access control in a single system. Each step is securely and visually controlled via a system of LEDs. Non-contact activation of each step ensures hygiene is maintained.

Users are compelled to follow the procedures leading to a reduction in germ levels of up to log 5. Paperless hand drying avoids the need for paper-towel procurement, refilling and disposal. This protects the environment, simplifies the process and reduces costs.

The MANO Complete offers a choice between a water-soap mixture for hand cleaning or separate soap dispensing. The system is available in right- and left-handed designs, and as wall-mounted or free-standing systems. The MANO Complete is also available with a 2- or 3-arm turnstile, or with no turnstile at all.
